Parking Spots:

Parking slot ​reservation ​depends on ​availability, you may ​also park your ​vehicle in front of ​Home Depot and ​it’s free.

Additional notes: Check in time ​is any time after 3pm. Please ​message or communicate with ​us if you are going to arrive ​earlier and we may be able to ​accommodate you.

House Rules

These are following house rules you ask that ​you abide in our Staycation premises.

• Guest authorization: Only the number of guests ​confirmed on the booking are allowed at the lodge.

• No smoking inside the room: Guests: Please no ​smoking inside the room. This includes the use of ​tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.

• Security device interference: Please do not tamper ​with or remove an approved and appropriately ​disclosed security or monitoring device.

• Cleanliness: Please treat this like your own home. We ​ask that all dishes be loaded into the dishwasher and ​trash taken out to the dumpster before leaving.

• Checkout time: Guests should complete checkout by ​the designated checkout time.

• Key return: Please lock the doors and windows and ​place the key back in the lock box. (Do not lock the CR)

• Respect the Property: Please treat Tanaw Lodge as ​your home. Any damage to the property or its contents ​will result in charges for repair or replacement.
  

• Trash Disposal: Kindly dispose of trash in the provided ​bins. Follow building guidelines for waste disposal, and ​help us keep the lodge clean and tidy.
  

• Pool & Amenities: Access to the pool and amenities is ​available. Please follow all safety guidelines and rules of ​the residence.
  

• Lost & Found: We are not responsible for any lost or ​stolen items. Please ensure your belongings are secure ​during your stay. If something left inside the room ​kindly contact us as soon as possible

• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM ​to 8:00 AM to respect other residents.
  

• Taking Care of the Room

• Please keep the unit clean and tidy during your stay.
  

• Avoid eating or drinking in bed to prevent stains or ​damage to linens and furniture.
  

• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when ​not in use to conserve energy.
  

• If using the kitchen, kindly wash any dishes and utensils ​after use.
  

• Ensure windows and doors are securely closed when ​leaving the unit, especially during rain or when using ​the air conditioning.
  

• Avoid dragging luggage or furniture across the floor to ​prevent scratches or damage.
